I reinstall Skype. The problem with incoming calls in the background disappeared.

InstallSkype for TV ES7xxx/8xxx/9xxx (with Skype_2012_140723, ECHOP_0.970_empSkype_VER_2.140301 and ECHOP_0.970_empCamera_VER_1.140419)
InstallSkype for TV F5xxx/6xxx (with Skype_2013_140723, X12_2.000_empSkype_VER_2.140711 and X12_2.000_empCamera_VER_2.150303)
InstallSkype for TV F7xxx/8xxx (with Skype_2013_140723, FOXP_2.000_empSkype_VER_2.140711 and FOXP_2.000_empCamera_VER_2.140418).
All versions with bug fix in empSkype.
On forum samez.eu (http://forum.samez.eu/topic.php?forum=11&topic=47&p=3) - my versions with some changes (made by FIOKOM) in the installation procedure (with libraries from my version)

So the solution was to change app name "111199000250" to "Skype" (user app) for empSkype.xml and java files, isn't it?

Well done...
1. Yes. The problem with incoming calls in the background has been associated with <CpName>111299001322</CpName> in empSkype.xml .
Changed on <CpName>Skype</CpName>, and the problem disappeared.
2. Changed all strings with 'normal" and "111299001322" to "user" and "Skype" (in Skype widget). Some bugs disappeared.
3. Added empCamera to my InstallSkype - disappeared the problem of determining the camera in Skype on some TV.

Maybe because of missing samsung camera app. It happens to me that this camera app was deinstalled automaticly during smarthub update once. And for sure the camera emps went away also...
Looks like an complete solution now... Hopefully Samsung/MS will not fight against it... :)
