H 6200 not connecting to Bluetooth Gamepad

Hello! I have 48 H6200 smart TV. I bought the following bluetooth gamepad:

It connects successfully to my Samsung S4 phone but it can't connect to my TV. It is discovered by the TV but when I try to connect and Pairing then it says that it can't connect. What to do?
