Do not update to latest version you will longer not able to install widgets. You can try to upgrade by USB to 1412 and then you will be able to downgrade just in case.

Here's what read, can not be returned from 1450.6 to 0000, or to other lower FW? My model is J6272.
Updating the router I was off, but unfortunately too late

EDIT: Please, when you make the service menu Factory Reset, it does not help to downgrade FW?

Dear all,

I have a Samsung Smart TV UE48JU6000 with the firmaware T-HKM6DEUC_1460.4.
For several days I cannot find my WiFi connection. Other devices ( e.g. laptop, mobile phones) are connected as usually to this router Huwaei HG8245 without any issues.
I have the TV for 9 minutes and have never had issues.
It does not seem to be an issue with the Network Service Provider as I have TV and I have Internet to other devices connected to the router.
The only reason could be the version of the firmware.
Maybe the best possibility is to downgrade to a 0000 version of the firmware and then choose the previous version of the firmware before 1460.4. Unfortuntaely I do not find 0000 version for T-HKM6DEUC.
Could anybody help with an advice.
I have tried different types of troubleshooting without success ( e.g. resetting the Smart Hub, changing the IP of the router).
The TV does not find any network. When I try manually to connect to my network it says "wireless network connection failed".

1443:
All 2015 JU and JS TV's got updated to support HDR metadata and HDMI 2.0a. It was introduced in firmware 1443, so if you have that or later you've got HDR support.

1460:
-fixed the difference in volume between HD 5:1 & SD channels on satellite
-it seems to have improved smart led/cinema black (less blooming and darker bars) and improved colour quite a bit
-maybe hdr+ support

with Firmware Version 1460 there should be a HDR logo displayed.
(when the video signal is HDR)

Yes sure, no problem on our wiki. If you can't find our wiki I think you shouldn't work on hardware stuff You might brick your TV and I don't want to help you with that
