The proposed method does not work on my UA46C7000.
Bought in Singapore, now operating in Philippines......
Any other idea?

Go to Settings
- Samsung Apps
and then tap the clear data and clear cache buttons.
Back to all applications, find Samsung Apps and click on it. Select now the correct country.
