updated!
and finds followingManufacture update
You probably blocked by string ("block url containing" or something like that), blocking by ip is ALSO bad idea. You can only block by ports or by dns. NO OTHER WAY.
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on https://pastebin.com Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

HOW did you block on router. Just check my previous post. If you don't provide more info we cannot help you :)

Why blocking by ip is bad idea ?
block by dns - it is understandable..
"..block by ports.." - How ?

On my openwrt router i added an iptables rule to intercept all dns traffic.

So if i use 8.8.8.8 on tv router intercept dns calls and however use the dnamasq rules. You should see on the other topic.

Why is it written? What do you mean by that ?
For domain names blocking use /etc/hosts on OpenWRT (0.0.0.0 www.samsungotn.net), and restart dnsmasq (/etc/init.d/dnsmasq restart)
