Receive streaming

Do You Know is same app to enable receive on TV my stream from VLC on my computer or how to do it?
I'll be very thankful for help.

What kind of stream it is? HLS, RTSP, MPEG-DASH?

I can use (from my vlc media player) one of them: HTTP, MS-WMSP, RTSP,RTP and UDP.

hi, I use smart IPTV app. it can receive any kind of stream. My problem is that it loads like 10s before it starts playing. I believe it is a buffer problem, but I have no idea how to change the buffers. thanks

Could you please describe it closer (smart IPTV app, what you do, step by step?)?
BTW I have very different experience with "buffering" time with HU and JU series (old HU smart a way faster than newer JU Tizen) and different file servers (Netgear miniDLNA network disk takes 1-2 seconds to load, QNAP DLNA NAS takes 10-15 seconds, WD DLNA network disk takes minutes to load video file or crashes Tizen at all - i.e. when you want to change the language path).
