Blu ray Samsung Bd D5700 firmware downgrade DNS Problem

I did follow all the steps instructions, but was not successful and I got the code 800 message. I don't know what that means ?

What firmware version was your's when you downgraded it ?

My firmware version was 1032.

Maybe it won't downgrade from this version or the dns server doesn't have the downgrade available
to download anymore ?

I tried and it didn't work it the blu ray says that its not connected to the internet

Hi bmui, my firmware is 1023 are suggesting that I should upgrade the firmware before I downgrade but If it you have the 1032 and it didnt work for you how could it work for me. Thanks for your input.
