Thanks again but it still sounds confusing... I have a Galaxy tablet with universal Samsung remote installed already and FACTORY button programmed but I am still confused because this remote is again for TVs and I am afraid it will not work on the BD player. I did not see any BD GUI pre-programmed.
I am still new here so please excuse me if I am missing something...

OK - I decided to do it the other way - I have blocked the Samsung domains in my router and now the device can not connect to the server. I hope that is enough...
