What would happen If I flash firmware for LExxC..650 on my LExxB650?
You would probably be posting to the forum's support area for help with bricked TV.

Tell us what you did and we might be able to tell you where you went wrong. Follow the wiki steps for the fully-automated way. If you can already copy Content from USB to TV flash, then you don't need the Service Menu step.

With patched (or unpatched, original but old) firmwares you could use PVR like tools and any other SamyGO enhancement. And at least DTS codec. Yes... But with latest firmwares, you cannot use some (or most) of our tools and will cry for can't return back to older firmware. Because Samsung disables to downgrade (because of our hacks?). So with updating, you will get no gain, no enhancement. But with older firmware, there is always enhancements. I can say that SamyGO community work much more than Samsung when talk came to soft/firm-wares. :)

If you upgrade to latest firmware, it will write over your current alternative firmware (3000). 2005 will be left in the other partition but the option to restore will probably be missing until you go through the procedure again.

Video arfix 1 changed the Media Play screen option to "full screen" Fix 2 adds a lot of other options.

Either can be run from the Game menu. They can also be patched into firmware.

Run the Aspect Ratio game once from the content menu. Then start media play and watch a movie. Use the Tools-Picture Size settings to select aspect ratio. I'm not sure, but I think the TV remembers the setting - but you will find out if you try it.

I haven't used the other utilities. If instructions are not in the wiki, check the forum threads for those subjects.
