55JU6800K - Smart Control Paired but no menu

Hi guys

I bought a smart control remote for my 55ju6800k.
I activated the smart control option in hidden menu.

It's working but it seems to me that the best function of the remote is unavailable..I mean the best thing on this remote is the avabality to use it to control every device in the house using a setup menu in the TV ...the problem is that I don't have that menu on my to even after activating the remote in hidden menu

Can anyone please help me find out if there is any other way to activate this menu in the TV ?
Maybe a new firmware ? Or choosing a compatible model in the hidden menu ?

If anyone knows how, please let me know.

I guess you want to control your STB, AV reciever Android TV ......
You can control it, if this devices support HDMI-CEC (Anynet+)
Then other thing is control your devices with IR extender which comes with TV(maybe not available on all market,country). This you place behind the devices which you want to control.
I have smart control Model name: RMCTPH1AP1 and I can control my Minix X8 + and Onkyo TX NR636 both with HDMI-CEC.
See in your menu if you have Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) activated

Thanks for your answer, but it's was not quite what I was expecting.
Yes I have the CEC option enable ..the function I'm trying to explain is the smart control app setup that allows you to control and add a lot of devices and you can access them in the tV through smart remote.

I don't have that menu on settings that allows to configure the devices.
My English is not that good so it might not be easy to understand what I'm trying to explain you ...

Can I activate the smart remote setup using some option in hidden menu , other firmware or change model in hidden menu ??

I don't believe that it's not possible to use a function present on all TVs that came with smart remote ?


Is there a risk of changing the model of the TV in hidden menu ?
