UN40EH5300G audio starts as headphone

Good Boys.

I have the disadvantage that suddenly the TV model UN40EH5300G factory reset only with menu in Portuguese and the audio appeared as connected in headphones so it does not sound in the speakers .. I did a factory reset from system (MENU) and then from the Hidden menu but nothing .. addition to the start it puts me a poster that I have to choose type - local set - Front Color option .. and for more that I select it in the hidden menu it does not apply to me and it continues appearing the poster and the sound in headphones ..
