Hi all,
i got used Samsung TV Q7F the problem is no mouse courser appear , when connect to USB , i tested keyboard and working , usb flash drive working , so no problem on USB ports, so whats the problem with mouse recognition , is there option on service menu to hide mouse , how to enabled it ???

i found that mouse only enabled on specific apps ,like web browser, not like old Samsung model everywhere
