UA85CU8000JXXZ - How to set Europe from China

Hello everyone, please help me.
I bought a TV in China, namely Samsung UA85CU8000JXXZ, it has Chinese firmware of the CNC version only for mainland China. Tell me, how can I expand the list of Local Set to Europe or how can I flash this TV?

Firmware Version: T-NKLBDCNC-1051.3
