to get to console you need enter user name first. enter "root" without quotes. TV asks you for password, just press enter and just there you have to enter commands for creating SamyGO.sh. But better, before to start, you read wiki, spend more time here on forum. because as you saw, we have a lot of bricked TV's due inaccuracy, speeding and being not enough carefully while reading instructions.

You have very big chance to call Service. Is your TV under warranty? Until TV is working, make ExLink cable, check Service Menu for set rs232-jack to "debug" and Watchdog to "off" because later it will be to late.
