edit SatDataBase.dat and TransponderDataBase.dat?

There is also an xml file of transponder infos, see
http://forum.samygo.tv/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1540&start=0

I don't know the role of the xml file, but it seems to contain groupings of transponders for different packages eg Canal Digitaal on 19e, Freesat on 28e
