thnx, but not needed. i just assume that samsung use same libs as in c-series and just changed the kernel to 2.6.30 (and use gcc 4.4.1 for the kernel)
so question is binaries are really compatible with tvs libc... (somebody needs to test the extensionspack http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title=S ... sions_Pack, maybe nfs shares and webserver are ok)

i just need to know exact version of glibc, libz, openssl... (libraries used on tv)
may gcc version used for binaries and for kernel (maybe same, but who knows)
the boot procedure (rc.local based or full sysvinit...)
and generaly output of ls -Ral / (to get an overview)
what filesystems are supported by the kernel... (/proc/filesystems)
you can also publish/pm the rsa-key for decrypt the firmware images. (makes it easier to analyze the binary files)

Quick question: how can I dump memory?

dd if=/dev/mem or /dev/kmem gives error (/dev/mem: Bad address)

search for proogie named memdump, may helpful.

from what I see D series is very different.

libc-2.11 and openssl-1.1 not a problem

also the startup is very different.
