Did you try Denny's hidden menu <FF> 2 8 9 <RW> to change i@TV region ?

internet@TV is called smarthub in 2011. key sequence above works on my D8000.

Region Change confirmed for UE40D6510 FW:1010.1 Greek Locale
Nice one ! Changed to UK and got new apps
