I don't aware from that issue. Anyway instead of using Channel Export feature, you can also copy channel files directly from your /mtd_rwarea to usb dongle.

Nop. Newbies just needed to read our wiki pages before start.
http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/The_B_Series_Wiki
After than you will realize that, you needed to root your TV with Telnet enabler (and any other applications has same feature like SamyGO Expansion Pack).
Than you could copy your mtd_rwrea directory to your usb dongle path (probably to /dtv/usb/sda1) with "linux bash commands". If you don't know what is the "bash", than you could read some tutorials on internet. Probably you could learn whole thing in 15 minutes
Good luck.

SamyGO Console will work on this job too. Or you can also try to enter with putty....
All you need is copying /mtr_rwarea into your usb strick at /dtv/usb/sda1...
For instruction, you have to read some bash tutorials and I find good one for you. Note that, you don't needed to tech expert for understand this. Just knowing what directory and file is enough
