smart hub problem

hello
my problem is i cant connect to the smart hub i try factory reset
but nothing fix i the tv (ue46 d6100) gets an ip some one can know how to fix it?
in the first it was a massage about the network but know i cant access to smurt hub
i even try to reset the router .

I think the global samsung service was down or something wrong with your internet connection (router/dns and so on).
Try later. Be patient.

i have similar problem on my C8000 internet@tv doesnt work ,but connection is fine :/

infolink.pavv.co.kr sems is overloaded, devinfolink.pavv.co.kr work okey, few days ago it was same situation i got forst success connection somwhere around 2 in the morning cet.,

so check it after they all gone sleep
