Flashing Modified Firmware

Hello, i am completely stuck. I have read through the whole wiki and a few forum posts. I managed to flash my UN46B7000WFXZA with sammygo modified firmware. However, none of the applications would launch (Except for browser). I have tried various apps, only a few launch. Then i reverted to non modified firmware and flashed modified firmware, now any sammygo app just closes without any errors.

How can i check if i am running modified firmware. Please help, i have been at this for hours.
