I have UA40D6000 with T-GAS6DEUC-1016.0 firmware.. But i cant able to install samygo , always network error. Any advice to install samygo..

What network connection do you have ? LAN or WLAN ?
Can you ping the IP address of your Samsung TV from your PC ?
Have you tried to use fixed IP address on your Samsung TV instead of DHCP ?

UA models come with T-GAS6DAAC firmware. Your mentioned 1016 is in SamyGO not supported firmware list.

If you use proxy for your internet connection, then you get Network error.

I upgraded to T-GAS6DAAC 1017 using OTN (from 1015) and have no problem with it. Weird...

THEY have identified you and gave unrestricted version of firmware :-D

Himm, it looks like THEY identified another 3 TVs as mine too. :)

Eagerly waiting for Experts to find solution to install samygo on my 1016 firmware in UA40D6000 model...

You should try once again. You get SamyGO installed, but it shouldn`t work because of recent firmware limitations.
Are you sure your TV hasn`t T-GAS6DAAC?
