Your post moved to support forum. Not related with Softwares or development.
Your questions answer is no. You needed to flash your device in order to use automatic scripts at boot up.

Yes, but we have no chance :)
If you decide flash your device, you needed to sure that Watchdog is off.
Also try to enter Boot loader before flashing. It might be useful later ;)
