DLNA and HDMI problems on D5500

Post by mykee »

Hi all,

I have two problems with my TV:
1. TV not see any DLNA server
2. If turn on a HDMI device, TV not change/turn to this.

1. I used DLNA on my TV, and I need this function at today, but no server in source list. I tried these options:
- with two PC-s
- two DLNA server (AllShare and Serviio too)
- any server not see my TV
- TV see internet, and I can ping my TV
- I deleted SamyGo widget (I hope no this was problem...)
- run Plug and Play wizard again
- change TV IP address to static IP and back to dynamic (vica versa)
- deleted all addon widgets
- in smart hub I try run Allshare widget, but said: no connection any device
- In settings turn on and off Allshare settings, but nothing...
- I tried re-flash bios to latest version (1019), but I cannot flash again
- ruSamsungTVCommunicator not find my TV, tried with manually IP address too... (I can use without UPnP mode)

Please help me, how can I fix DLNA feature on my TV???

2. I have a Ferguson DVD player, and connect this to TV with HDMI 1.3 cable. If turn on my device, TV not change to HDMI (like Scart), I need change to manually. This bug or feature?

(Please move my topic to support group if I opened wrong place, thanks)

Update, what I tried yet at yesterday and today:
- Make factory reset, no helped
- I have an Android phone, and SamyGo Remote didn't find TV automatically, I need add IP address manually. Then working.
- on Android phone I have MediaShare (DLNA) app. This app see my PC and AllShare, and back. But TV cannot see any DLNA server, and servers cannot see my TV.

A question: SamyGo app maybe blocked DLNA features in TV??? Or block any service? After remove SamyGo App, this block no restore after uninstall? Please help, I need DLNA on my TV!!!

I saved my DLNA settings (after reinstall SamyGO) from /mtd_rwarea, please check it! I don't understand what's problem with DLNA connection or TV discovery.

Hmmm.. Very interesting... I check my router log when I try call AllShare from TV, and I see try connect to Samsung servers. See my log file.

And second interesting: When after save log, and read this, I get Allshare info warning popup: TV connect to my PC. Without ANY interaction!!! What???? How connect this?     Very interesting....

Search for soft media player or UPnPlay which can transfer your android to dlna server and tv should accept it.

I search a solution for HDMI question too: why not change to device if my player is turned on (like on Scart devices)?
I see this in Service menu (Config -> Control Options): HDMI HOT PLUG option what is disabled. (See in wiki here, or picture is here). If I enable this option, my TV can change to HDMI device, if turn on this? Or good option is HDMI Sync what I need?
