I have the following problem. I bought a 4 series LED tv [model UA32D4003 and type as UA32D4003BMXX] in Singapore and moved to India with no international warranty. After some weeks the PCB conked and i asked Indian Samsung team for replacement. They said they were unable to get replacement and afforded similar board. Now the model is showing as just D4003 and type as 32L6AHOE. Now i am unable to change the model to other options which have USB movies enabled like D4000. Also the firmware is T-ll4EMEAMH-1002.0
Where can i get upgraded firmware in this situation. Please help.
