Does anybody know what exactly mean this icon with battery ... it will appers when info button was pressed:

This pic changes when I use RGB to the Scart connection or when I use the Composite Video connection. The higher the quality/resolution, the higher the needle is. When I stream .mkv files true my network this pictures is not visible.

My B650 also has graphic file for this, but I newer saw this at screen.
