Is possible to modify the tuner for improve the reception?
In the tv are stored two firmware one is the firmwar of the tv one is the firmware of the tuner right?
the fw of the tuner is updated with the update of the tv but my question is is possible to improve the fw of the tuner?
In the service menu the first one that is showed is the tv fw the second one is the fw of the tuner example:
T-VALDEUC-3014.1 is the tv fw
T-VAL8DEUS-1005 is the tuner fw
in the service menu there is one option that ask to select the tuner the option available are:
Auto
SEC_TC
SEC_TCS
SEC_T2
SEC_ISDB_T
SEC_ATV_SA
SEC_T
HummerH3
SEC_T2_SOC
ALPS_TC
(These are all of the options of ue32c6600)

what's happen if i change this value?
Where i can find info about these items?
In addiction in the service menu section suboption there are one item that is tuner margin default value is 10 what's haoppen if i modify this item?
I think is useful to compare the default option and settings of various model of c series tv who can help me?

Hi ,i have UE40C6600 and from update TVALDEUC-3018.1 i have tuner signal problems ,i'm asking myself the same questions ,did you find answer for them? Thx
