DTS Passthrough/double Passthrough via HDMI input/Toslink ou

Hello Guys,

I have an UE37C6700 (already hacked).
I try to (double) passthrough DTS via my TV (toslink out) to my Logitech Z-5500 from HDMI input (raspberry pi).
On standard settings (the rpi detects the capabilities of TV) nothing (only stereo) gets passthroug-ed. (the rpi trys to decode the DTS, which not works very well (stutter etc.))
If I set my rpi to ignore TVs capabilities the DTS gets passthroug-ed, but neither the TV does decode it nor it gets double passthroug-ed to my Z-5500.
AC3 passthrough (i tried only 2.0 i think) works and gets to my Z-5500.

My TV is capable of DTS decoding, so where is the Problem here?
Officially Samsung states that per HDMI only 2.0 passthrough works, but even though it should be decoded on TV?
