Idiot! I've lost my resolution can you help LE40c530

Forgive me, I'm an idiot, N00b!

I haven't done anything with tv yet, rooted, hacked or otherwise. I was actually just looking in the service menu and clearly have reset something by mistake. The resolution has changed, no longer 1920x1080 in pc mode, - and in tv mode looks close to 576i than anything.
Not sure what I've changed, but tried a factory reset but that obviously didn't reset the thing I wanted.

Can you help please? What am I likely to have changed, and how can I restore it?
