You can use ExLink cable to reach TV's shell.
Or you can than prepare SamyGO.sh with telnet mode patched FW
After patch Advanced Mode FW. SamyGO.sh will in place, will not deleted after patch..

Yes. Place the SamyGO.sh in "Telnet Mode" FW, than use the Advanced mode. (you needed place Telnet Daemon starter line in SamyGO.sh file)

Normal, you don't try to patch patched firmwares. Patch only original firmwares.

Nope, You needed to have 2 different FW image that created from original one.
Burn telnet one and create "/mtd_rwarea/SamyGO.sh" file with telnet enable command in it.
Than burn the advanced one to TV and go on
