Samsung guarantee ?!

Hi guys...i make something wrong with my tv smart tv 3d d6510 in service menu.... and i call to samsung to fix it... the tv is in gurantee... they told me that if i had enter the sevice menu the gurantee is lost... i told them i dont enter in service menu

... and something go wrong in the last update... can they see if i enter in sevice menu...or is there any trick that i can do... so they can not understand that ???

is anywhere in user manual/ warranty contract written about entering service menu and warranty? I couldn't see any. actually if you don't tell you were in service menu, they wont find you did it.

mmmm i dont know my friend...if they refer something....i tell them i did in the first call ....and in the second i was making like a noob

and i tell them i thought the normal menu was called service menu xD ....

no problem you can behave like noob, saying you thought service menu is plug and play menu behind 0000. this saves you some money
and btw, they don't find any evidence you entered factory service menu.

good news... but they say that they can check it if i enter the menu... by the way ... i can be better actor... xD !

Manual contact written in paper for warranty or guarantee.Because at this proof we do the claim on the company

Granttee is written on paper on manual purchasing bill. You can claim to to Samsang on the base of this evidence.
