Hi guys...i make something wrong with my tv smart tv 3d d6510 in service menu.... and i call to samsung to fix it... the tv is in gurantee... they told me that if i had enter the sevice menu the gurantee is lost... i told them i dont enter in service menu

... and something go wrong in the last update... can they see if i enter in sevice menu...or is there any trick that i can do... so they can not understand that ???
