BD-EM57 - Install Web Browser

I would like to run the Web Browser app on either my BD-EM57 (bluray) or my UN55D6500 (tv). The app does not come set on the first time. Apparently some regions have it pre-loaded.

Is there a way to fool either device into thinking that I'm allowed to run/download/install the Web Browser?

This is the only mod I need to my devices to make my system run the way I would like.
