BD-D6500 TRYING TO FLASH WITH ANY FIRMWARE

Sirs,

I am looking for a way to fix (or to know there is no way to) my BD-D6500/ZA.

The bluray stuck on "load" message and SAMSUNG logo on screen. Can't access a Reset (stop button) or menu.

I would like to know if there is any kind of task to force a complete load a new (or old) Firmware.

I only made one only update online (i dont know which version is load, as I cannot access menu).

I can try to save it ? or the only way is a trash ?

thank you for your Reply.

This is the main problem.

I can't access and internal Menu. They Stuck on "Load".

I Have only access to the front buttons.

I am trying to figure out if there are any way to "FORCE" this reflash with the only few tools that I have (Open, close, stop. poweron button)
