Hello, I need help for my HT-D5200 and Cinavia message, I connected to the server and updated samygo but did not solve the problem.

If you`ve updated SamyGO using our DNS, then now you have to follow this how-to.

Actually I made a mistake, my model is HT-D5500ZX, I tried doing the user application sincronization but it freezes at connecting and nothing happens for a while, then it comes back to the main menu but no new widgets. Am I missing something? Is there any chance my BD is not supported? I already downgraded using the DNS change on the BD. Software now is HTB-D6500EUB-1016.3. Thanks!
