Hello everyone, i just bought a used samsung tv, the owner said its smart, and when i start it says "SAMSUNG SMART" but i cant access it however.
Does the tv have smart or not ?

Well, technically speaking: yes, it is pretty "smart" . According to Samsung specs (http://www.samsunghtv.com/product/produ ... riesCd=006), it's smart-hub compatible, has integrated web browser etc.

However, this is hospitality/hotel TV model; it is quite special hardware-/firmware wise (not necessarily good kind of "special", in case you are trying to use it in home environment/standalone mode). Lots & lots of additional hospitality related (CMS, automation, usage restrictions, ...) features, but none of it really intended for personal/home use.
