E series TDM Factory option

Hi all, I have PS51E550 changed to 6500. Trying to activate expert menu option and advanced. Expert menu greyed out, after input code 0000 at advanced 2 new options appear but greyed out. In TDM no option 10 - Factory, is there a way to bring out option 10 factory in TDM, or activate expert mode? Firmware original T mst10pdaac1016.3 samygo patched firmware1017.1. Have tried info factory, opens extended service menu, still no expert electable option.

If not, is it possible to activate after eeprom reset with memory clear? If so is there information about the settings after resetting to get the tv back to original state?

no, eeprom wont help you. Those two extra options are your advanced menu

nowhere. it was removed.
