I don't understand why i can't get HBB to work eventhough i changes the local set to EU_ger as mentioned in other posts.
i switched to many satellite channels that provide HBB service and i kept on pressing the red button of the RC but i got nothing.
can anyone help me please

You'll need to activate Data Services (in German "Datendienste") in MENU - SYSTEM
It is normally deactivated if you switched from EU to EU_GER.

I thing your TV is connected to Internet via LAN or Wifi, isn't it? Just to be sure... 
Normally there is nothing else to do as far as I know.... Only EU to EU_GER and Data Services....
