Could someone check the versions of the IR Blaster and BT in the service menu. It is served on the board that first appears after the entry into service menu.

Menu ->device manager->universal remote configuration
first select your zip code,
then you select not my provider,
search the service provider type dream multimedia and select the provider found Dream Multimedia,

But i only can shut on/off the dream box i can?t switch channels, please help me. I have tried for months to fix this problem.

I solved the remote control of the Dune box thanks to this post. After choosing the provider dune, need to enter the model tv303d. For some reason the search does not show the models unless you enter the complete model name all together in lowercase.

A hint: program button does not work but arrow buttons work for me.
