Is it possible to watch stream videos through web browser?

Is there a way to watch stream videos such the ones of sport events (i.e.: http://livetv.ru/en/) through the web browser of the smart tv?

I have a F5500 TV with firmware 1111.

Have you tried to go to that sport event website and try if you can see live streaming?
