BD-D5700 Downgrade Assistance

Hi,

So I've been able to set the DNS to my router and manually on my blu ray player.

I've reset the router while the blu ray player is unplugged 3 or 4 times and then plugged the blu ray player back in checked the settings.
Gateway, subnet and IP appear to be fine.

I had 1031 firmware, downloaded 1032 because each time I checked the site it kept saying download available, but I figured since 1032 is being read I should download it.
I have not applied the 1032 firmware, but now that it's downloaded I've done the above steps (ie. resetting the 3 or 4 times) and each time I get software unavailable.

Am I doing something wrong or is the 149.154.159.132 no longer carrying the firmware downgrade?

Please help, any assistance would be appreciated.
