Can't install any widgets

Long story short I can't install any widgets using official app store nor usb stick nor web-servers using develop (local and external).
When I used usbsmartinstaller it informed me that some dirs like /mtd_down/widgets/user/, /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user ... do not exist.
I can't install Skype either, it just stucks and after 3 hours of waiting it did not install.
I did SmartHub and TV resets and now I ran out of ideas what to do.

Can anyone help me?

UPD. Here is somewhat nonsensical solution: do Factory Reset via Service Menu, then Reset SmartHub, then Reset TV settings. In my case it worked only after that sequence which honestly does not make much sense for me.
