SYNCING SMARTPHONE

Recently I purchased Lenovo K900 smartphone. The problem is I could not sync my phone screen with Samsung UA40D6600 smart TV screen
I tried all share on smart TV(my TV has built in wifi) & also personnel hot spot on my mobile. If any one faced the same problem could help me.
