Need help UE32D6000

Hi guys!

First of all I want to thank you for this forum.

I have a problem with the model UE32D6000. When I put 3D movie I have the option to chose only (3D format size), LEF/RIGHT or UP/DOWN.

I chose LEFT/RIGHT as the movie is half screen, but then....the problem is that the screen is converted into large and I cannot see people's head or see big bodies without legs.

Is there any solution for this, I mean to make 3D movies to fit the screen.

PS: For normal TV I chose (16:9 format).
