DTS-HD/TrueHD on HT-F6550W

Hi,

I have this HTiB for over a month and now I understand that it's not possible to transmit HD audio from HTPC to the samsung amp using the HDMI port (it just plays the files as DD/DTS).
Is that right?

Would it be possible to burn the movies to BD-RE and play internally from the disc tray?
As it seems so far this is the only way this amplifier will accept HD audio, but will the amp take it from the BD-RE?
Need someone with Samsung blu-ray player to confirm it before I go and spend more bucks for BluRay burner + BD-RE discs.
