How to show custom video?s thumbnails?

Hello all.

I would like to know how to set thumbnails images for my videos stored in a usb device.

If I have a "film.avi" in a USB device conected to my Smart TV, the TV shows a image, but I would like to
set the image.

In the western digital player I can set a "film.jpg" for every "film.avi".
