Looking for MPEGts playback patch for D(mips)

Hi,
I'm searching for the MPEGts playback patch for D-series MStar device. So far I could only find the patch for D(arm).
Is it available somewhere and I just didn't find it? Or is there another way to bypass this annoying restriction on D(mips)? I would really like to play back recordings from my Dreambox without converting them first.
