How could I watch cable TV with none CI slot TV

My TV moudel is UA46F7500BJ firmware is T-FXPDCNC 1107.0 , I want use the PVR to record cable tv but TV is no CI slot?so I can?t watch or record encryption channel?there is only 15 channel is not encrypted??Is there any way to solve this problem?
