You needed to RSA Disabler since you have CI+ device.
Here is the instructions:

Himm. Execution of RSA disabler makes visible the Firmware on the USB Stick normally...
I don't know what happened on your TV. ?

I think you needed to try again. Create hacked firmware from original one, execute RSA Disabler goto Firmware upgrade menu and try to upgrade...
