I have an ES6200 and I screwed up big time ? in a telnet session I ran the X10 eeprom utility with the wrong parameter and rather than dumping the current eeprom i cleared it instead.
Powered on and it asked me to set my panel, front panel, tuner, etc. No problem, launch service mode ? change those settings and ? its still not happy and complains about those 3 things on boot. Picture seems fine on the test patterns+menus, but the countries are wrong in the tuner, etc. Ethernet doesn't work (has ffffffffffff for MAC) but wifi works.
I suspect it?s because Local Set is none, Svc Model is 0 etc. Unfortunately...I can't un-grey them:
- Sending FACTORY+3SPEED (or double 3SPEED) in ruSTVC over the network doesn't work anymore
- Sending them physically via IR isn't working using Pronto codes on an HTC One (Standard keys were definitely working)
- Trying to send factory or 3speed in TDM through SsKeyInputDebug sending 59/60 actually exits the service menu and displays the model etc. in red.
- Option 10 isn't in the TDM anymore so I can't access it that way
- I can't even install SamyGO in a fit of desperation -- can't grab Skype through Smarthub, and the develop/custom DNS method just installs 'Broken TV' app
- And I can't do anything in system shell because it's filtered to hex.
Is there *anything* to do besides bite the bullet and call Samsung?

Send 3speed in TDM twice while you are in service menu, red model should appear and then disapear after second key... Check for (un)greyed options- Trying to send factory or 3speed in TDM through SsKeyInputDebug sending 59/60 actually exits the service menu and displays the model etc. in red.

Re: Cleared EEPROM on ES -- now can't recover
Wow. I feel stupid, I was sure I tried double 3SPEED in TDM but it worked fine after a few attempts ? maybe it was the KEY_RELEASE I added as well?
Thanks a lot! Seems to be working okay now.
Fixed model details, HDMI calibration, AU tuner settings, and re-enabled HDCP. Only thing I haven't worked out is the wired MAC address.

Glad your tv is back
No idea about MAC, maybe we need dump of same TV first.
