It's highly possible and highly dangerous.
You needed to copy all /dev/tbml partitions one by one to USB stick, than you needed to flash them to other TV's flash.
It's better to check that working u-boot available on destination TV. So you can recover TV if there is any failure.
uboot partition is at second partition. It's better to don't touch that partition when flashing target device.

That doesn't work since hashes are not in place. Authld checks hash and will restart your TV in 40 seconds. You needed to rewrite partition that hashes are kept. So TV check the hashes and find ok. There is no bootloop with correct hashes. I think hashes are in the uboot partition. I don't have good knowledge on this specific subject.
